Privacy Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

This policy covers rainydaypartyrentals.com, run by Rainy Day Party Rentals, 2575 Bronson Hill Road, Avon, NY 14414. It explains what the site collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Your quote list

When you press “Add to Quote”, the item and quantity are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the list is still there when you come back. That list never leaves your device until you send it. Clearing your browser data clears it.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, event date, location, guest count, notes and the items on your list. We also record the time, the page it came from, your IP address and browser type, which helps us tell real requests from spam. We use it only to prepare your quote and follow up. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the business, apart from the service provider below.

Analytics and cookies

The site does not run analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. If that changes, this page will say so first.

Service provider

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores quote requests on our behalf, under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept as long as we need them to handle your event and keep a record of our work together.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rainydayrentals@gmail.com or call (585) 319-8665.
